I think the bombing of a motorboat is fake in order to discourage drug mules. Using a missile against a motorboat is overkill and a waste of money. A helicopter with a mounted machine gun will do just fine.

Why do some people simply refuse to retire? How is this guy even still alive? Seriously, he has money. Could have retired, bought 10 acres of land and spent his remaining days farm carrots and watching TV.
