And then my only light source, this halogen shop light thing burnt out. Maybe I should replace it with a fluorescent lamp to impress ninjapoodle

You will not find a florescent lamp with that output. You just have to go with a halogen, or if you can find a LED replacement.

First lets pull up some of the in roof so I can drop a new post through it.

Well grandpa, why you use so many nails back in 1970?

Drop the post through
PXL_20251013_002740191.jpg
12 ft post, 8 ft to the rafter, and 4 ft in the ground = 12 ft right?
So why is a foot sticking out through the roof??

Now time to screw the tin back down and blob caulk everywhere

Yea I looked for a replacement bulb online at homedepot. A two pack of 500 watt bulbs for $10, so not bad. thought they cost more than that.

Because everything was so cheap back then.

Today though, we use self drilling screws.

Yea these were the old style nails. Instead of a rubber washer thing under the head, it was a lead washer. I remember playing with them as a kid back in the early 1990's. You could pry the washer off them and then hammer them into thin flat pancakes. Which I thought was cool. I think I also tried chewing on a few them for fun :bleh:

Now, things starting to clear up why you do autistic stuff like taking slowmos of florescent lights. I was never the vaccines, it was the lead.

We cannot allow something like this. Sleeping during the day is old man things to do. What next? Diapers?

Honestly, I think a catheter would be the holy grail. I only poop once a day (if lucky). But piss out gallons of coffee 24/7. Would be nice if I could just run a small hose out the window :coffee:

I did an experiment :science: The indoor air handler has a variable speed ECM motor. The CFMs are supposed to stay constant despite duct or filter conditions. Which means with more restriction, more amp draw.

So before the filter change:
PXL_20251002_213435958(1).jpg
And after
PXL_20251006_214351595.jpg
ECM motor have a crappy power factors so I guess to get watts, something like
244v*2.08amp*.7pf = 355 watts
vs
244v*1.71amp*.7pf = 292 watts

Cool I guess :bleh:

Got a new billy goat for the herd today. From my neighbor. He is young, 7 months. But def fully of spirit and went right to work. And his actions seemed to wake up the other billies I got that are only 5 months old. Just watched a nanny get ramrodded by 3 billies back to back. Never seen that :bleh:

And now I got a boner

Stop scaring us with your CFL crap.

Those 500W halogen lamps are really fragile and they tend to burn out quickly. I had a bunch of those for like 20 years ago but replaced them with their LED counterpart. The LED ones are just as bright and last forever.
