So I've got all my timetracker apps set up. Going to start treating my react native training like a normal job and try to put in 8 hours each day. It's only 7pm right now, so I still got time

Alright, I think I'm done messing with React Native. Three months wasted on that. My main turn on with it was that it would make a mobile app as well as spit out a mobile friendly web version. But there is simply too many differences between the app style and web style. The "style" is configured with what looks like CSS, but it ain't CSS and stuff is named just similar enough to break my brain. Tired of fighting it. And on top of that I have to keep telling myself that even though it looks like you are building a web page, no you are building a mobile app. But oh wait, it does spit out a web page too so actually want am I even building? Dunno

Going to mess with Ionic

I'm not sure React Native is the right tool for making mobile apps. I think Flutter is a better alternative as it can be compiled as a mobile app, native desktop and also the web. You need to learn Dart but that takes a few days but you don't need to mess around with CSS which is a big win.

I thought about it. Trying to stay marketable. Though smaller frameworks have less competition when job hunting always a trade off.
