TRying to understand what the text is saying. The language is detected as Ukrainian in Google translate. it says "77 special aeromobile Naddnipryansk brigade". The last text says "Airborne assault forces". Naddnipryansk is a town in Kherson, Ukraine.

Clearly the brigade is Ukrainian.

... and likely the the bombing was done in Ukraine because that is where the conflict is.

Does this means that Ukrainian air forces are bombing their own civilians?

According to some news they said it was Russian drones, however how can the Ukrainian forces film it? Ukraine forces just happened to be at the right spot at right time to film the incident. It's outright impossible.
