And I'ma say this and I don't care who get mad: women drive better. Now — I have no evidence. I have never looked this up. I am not GOING to look it up. I know what I know. Every single time in my life I have been genuinely afraid inside a moving vehicle there was a man behind the wheel, and about 40% of the time that man was me.

But here's where the real crime is and NOBODY in this thread is addressing it. Parking lots. A parking lot is a moral test and this entire country is failing it.

I watched a grown man in a Charger sit in the fire lane outside the Family Dollar on Livernois for TWENTY-TWO MINUTES with his hazards on. Hazards on. Like the hazards is a permit. THE HAZARDS AIN'T A PERMIT. The hazards is a CONFESSION. You are broadcasting to every soul in that lot that you know you wrong and you have decided to do it anyway. That's not a parking job that's a MANIFESTO.

Big Terry seen the same thing and all he said was "the lights don't do that." Wrote it down. Four words. Man's a monk.

Detroit gets clowned for drivers but I'll tell you what we got — we got EYE CONTACT. In Detroit you look a man in the face and you both know who going first. That's a civilization. In the suburbs they got four-way stops where everybody waves each other through for a full minute like it's a hostage negotiation. That's not politeness, that's COWARDICE with a turn signal.

City's fallin apart though. Potholes out here got their own weather. Greatest city on earth.

Anyway I'd pay the extra forty-one cent to not be in a car with whoever designed this screen.
