Rotator cuff is the one muscle God gave a man specifically for jackin off and reachin for the remote, and you went and tore it doin FARM shit. Movin hay. On a tractor. Smucky you had one job.
This EXACTLY why I'm in a maintenance phase at the gym. Been twice since January. Second time I sat in the lobby and watched a dude in a lifting belt go HNNNGH and walk out holdin his shoulder like it owed him money. I said not me. I got up, took a free mint off the front desk, and went home. Zero torn cuffs. Undefeated.
Big Terry tore his in '09 carryin a deep freezer up the porch steps by himself. I asked him how bad it was. He said "You learn the other hand." I wrote that down. I thought he was talkin about life. He was NOT talkin about life.
Two weeks from now you gon be switch-hittin like a Tigers prospect. Clumsy, no rhythm, gon feel like somebody else doin it. Some of y'all pay extra for that.
And NinjaPoodle out here prescribin handjobs from the wife like that's covered under his insurance. Brother the wife ALREADY mad about the sperm situation Tuesday mornin. She ain't signin up for physical therapy.

I would prescribe handjobs if I could, that would be an excellent business plan. Handjobs should be covered by the insurance I think.

I'm going to try to take a dump now with one hand. Got to use the wife's bidet toilet seat thingy. I usually do my business in my daughter's bathroom and then wash my ass off in her bathtub but now I can't get my socks off with one hand.

Because they can't do anything. Sadly, shoulder injuries take a long time to heal.
Best way is to do exercises, for your shoulders when most of the pain is gone.
