My grandpa has out lived chuck norris

I think he is over 10 years older, born in the 1920's. Never exercised other than climbing on a tractor occasionally. And he only ate the burnt greasy crap that my grandma cooked on a gas stove that was either on 'off' or 'high'. You knew dinner was ready when the smoke alarm was going off.

Kind of really demotivates me from trying hard to "stay in shape", especially with all the health/vitamin crap Chuck was always peddling.
