Slutty Vegan founder Pinky Cole updated her bankruptcy filings and now says she owes about $4 million total, up from the previously reported $3.6 million.

The article says the debt includes:
$1.2M SBA Covid disaster loan
~$192K in Georgia taxes
$80K+ in personal credit card debt
~$70K on AmEx cards
~$12K on Apple Card
$363K+ owed to JLL Realty for unpaid rent
$107K+ owed to restaurant supplier Edward Don & Company
$250K owed to CIH Group

Additional smaller debts to medical providers, EMS, toll authorities, etc.

She reportedly filed for bankruptcy initially without an attorney, then later hired one and amended the filings to show more complete details.

Cole said rapid expansion of Slutty Vegan created massive operating costs:
She claimed the company generated “double-digit millions” in revenue

But payroll, expansion, and overhead costs overwhelmed profitability

She said at one point the business accumulated around $20M in debt
