I think it's worse than that.

I've watched it too many times already. But I think it's not even someone's dog, like it's just a stray dog that was hit. Cuz at the end the guy that's doing most of the yelling is saying he doesn't know whose dog it is. I think. Maybe I should watch it some more but I'm not.
