I can see that as a college physics question.
There is a 1000Kg mass with four rubber tires 20 centimeters in diameter on a platform suspended by its four corners which weights 200Kg. Calculate the minimum angular acceleration of the tires that will cause the platform to move while the 1000Kg mass stays stationary.
