It shows as golden hour hemp.

That drink stuff tastes gross.

I think that's better than you'd get at a store.

You should get the Purple Zkittlez $50 zip and some other stuff to make it $100 for free ship.

The prerolls are horrible but the rest is ok.

The free pre roll is not vaccum sealed and stinks the package

Sounds like you have bought everything they make

I just realized I got a $60 gift card I forgot about so I don't need to wait on my privacy.com account to be verified.

What kind of box they ship in? Does it say "golden hemp" on it too? :tard:

They have had several coupon stacking glitches and i have bought most everything when it was 90% off. Nice of them to fulfill the orders and i dont blame them for fixing it.

The vapes do not taste like much but no weird synthetic stuff and the cheapest around.

The return address is inconspicuous, no hemp anywhere, but ever since they started doing that free preroll the boxes reek.

If you go to their points section of the website, you can follow their Twitter and so on to get up to 11k points. That’s $55 off. Now you can make another account and do it again after it ships, just to be safe. And go ahead and do it on the same account.

You gotta make an account on the site to get to the points page, but you don't even really have to follow or even have an account. I just pressed follow on x/instagram and got $50 store credit

Only paid shipping. Unfortunately they do not allow coupon stacking at all now.

Yea getting cold feet now :scaredjerk:
My mail delivers sometimes at noon and sometimes at 6. And any time between. If a family member happens to get the mail before me and there is a package, then they will just toss it into my office. Which is fine. But if it is a box reeking of weed, not sure what will happen :scared:
Also noticed on reddit sometimes goldenhemp will flag certain orders as "needing ID on delivery". Which that would be even worse if I had to show the mail lady my ID in front of the family. Would raise a lot of questions  But on the few reddit threads where people had orders flagged for ID, it seems goldenhemp cancelled the order before shipping any way so..

I also noticed there are quite a few "CBD" shops around here. Never paid attention before. Looking at screen shots on their google business page and face book pages, I can kind of make out THCa and flower products so I'd assume that would mean they are also selling delta 9 for consumption. But then I'm back to trying to hide "weed shop" type business names on my credit card statement. Although I guess I would rummage up some cash to use.

Not sure why goldenhemp would throw "free" pre-rolls in every box. Almost seems like some psyop. Like the government lets you sell super sketchy stuff for ultra cheap as long as you make it easy to track/trace in the mail :tard:

I'm not even going to bother with their customer service. I emailed them about what would show on a credit card and after two days they finally responded with "Please kindly provide your order number" so seems like they outsourced their customer complaints to some jeet provider :finger:

Who Funds and Operates SafeHealthyTexas.org? A Research Report

TL;DR
  • SafeHealthyTexas.org is operated by "Citizens for a Safe and Healthy Texas" (CSHT), a DBA/project of Stars and Stripes United, Inc. (EIN 26-4592853) — a small McKinney, TX-based 501(c)(4) social-welfare nonprofit directed by anti-marijuana activist Aubree Adams, who also runs the national group Every Brain Matters. It is a grassroots-style parent-activist operation, not a proven industry front: its own IRS filings show tiny revenues (as little as $0–$12,370/year on record).
  • There is no public evidence that this specific website/organization is directly bankrolled by the alcohol, pharmaceutical, or law-enforcement industries. But the broader THC-ban movement it is part of has deep, documented ties to the alcohol industry (beer distributors funding Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick — see Austin County News Online), to the national prohibitionist group Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM), and to law enforcement — and Anheuser-Busch and beer-distributor lobbies registered in favor of the very ban bill (SB3) that CSHT championed.
  • The site is one small "families harmed by THC" node inside a much larger coalition fighting Texas's hemp/THC industry (SB3, SB5, and the 2025 federal ban), led politically by Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and Sen. Charles Perry and amplified by law enforcement (Allen PD Chief Steve Dye) and national prohibitionists.
Key Findings

1. Who owns/operates the site
  • The site is the web presence of "Citizens for a Safe and Healthy Texas" (CSHT). CSHT is not itself a separately incorporated entity; it operates "under Stars and Stripes United," per its own home page and Texas Ethics Commission lobby filings (2025 filing, 2026 filing), which list the client as "Stars and Stripes United DBA Citizens for a Safe and Healthy Texas."
  • Stars and Stripes United, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) social-welfare nonprofit (EIN 26-4592853), tax-exempt since September 2009 and registered as a Texas nonprofit corporation (per OpenCorporates, January 2, 2019), based in McKinney, TX. See its own site: starsandstripesunited.com. Its stated purpose is generic and unrelated to drugs on its face. Because it is a c4, donations to it are not tax-deductible.
  • Director: Aubree Adams. Per her Every Brain Matters bio, she left Colorado in 2018 "due to the harms legal marijuana caused her family and community" and joined a recovery community in Houston, Texas. She is founder/director of Every Brain Matters (EIN 92-2923604, Pueblo, CO), a 501(c)(3) tied to SAM's Parent Action Network. She stood alongside Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick at a press event — see "Families Join Texas Lt. Governor to Speak Out Against THC".
  • Financial profile is small. Per ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer, Stars and Stripes United's Form 990-EZ filings show revenue of $12,370 (2020), $5,000 (2019), and $0 in prior years; no later 990 data is on public record (indicating likely 990-N e-postcard filing, i.e. under $50,000/year).
2. Who funds this organization/campaign
  • CSHT/Stars and Stripes United does not publicly disclose donors (a c4 is not legally required to). Its resources/presentations page echoes SAM's standard funding claim that money comes "from individuals and families... and family foundations."
  • The only registered lobbyist for the CSHT client is Aubree Adams herself, per Texas Ethics Commission filings (2025 / 2026), at nominal compensation.
  • No direct alcohol, pharmaceutical, or law-enforcement funding of THIS website is documented.
  • The closely aligned national organization, Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM) supplies much of the messaging infrastructure. SAM says it takes no alcohol/tobacco/opioid/prison money, but its funding secrecy has drawn scrutiny (it lost a 2019 bid before the New York ethics commission to keep donors secret). SAM co-founder Kevin Sabet formally urged Gov. Abbott to sign SB3 (see also SAM staff bio: learnaboutsam.org).
3. Connections to alcohol, pharma, cannabis competitors, law enforcement, political figures
  • Alcohol industry (documented tie — to the political campaign, not the website): Per Austin County News Online (citing Texas Ethics Commission records), Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick "received a $250,000 contribution on April 12, 2024, from John Nau, the CEO of Silver Eagle Distributors — a major Anheuser-Busch beer distributor," followed by "a $25,000 donation on December 2, 2024, from the Beer Alliance of Texas PAC." On SB3 itself, Anheuser-Busch, the Wholesale Beer Distributors of Texas, and the Beer Alliance of Texas all registered in favor, per the House Research Organization bill analysis. The Texas Tribune noted Patrick was called a "booze lobby shill."
  • Law enforcement: Allen Police Chief Steve Dye led high-profile raids — see Dallas Observer and Houston Public Media — and repeatedly campaigned for SB3.
  • Political figures: Per CBS Texas, "Senate Bill 3, authored by Sen. Charles Perry, bans Delta 8, Delta 9 and all other forms of intoxicating THC." CSHT's home page praises Patrick and the Senate while attacking Gov. Abbott's veto.
  • Pharmaceutical: The site supports FDA-approved cannabis medicines (Dronabinol, Epidiolex); no direct pharma funding of CSHT was found.
  • Established cannabis/marijuana competitors: No evidence found; the site itself attacks "Big Cannabis."
4. Broader Texas THC/hemp battle and how the site fits
A 2019 Texas law legalized consumable hemp, spawning a large industry. Per Whitney Economics (commissioned by the Texas Hemp Business Council), the sector "generated more than $8 billion in revenue and employed more than 50,000 workers" (2023) — see GlobeNewswire; a 2025 update found employment grew to 53,300 jobs with $5.5 billion in annual sales and $10.3 billion overall economic impact — see Cannabis Business Times.

Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick made banning these products his top 2025 priority; SB3 passed both chambers. Per the Texas Tribune, Abbott vetoed SB3 "just before midnight," writing that it "puts federal and state law on a collision course." Abbott instead issued executive order GA-56 and called a special session (SB5) — see CBS Texas and Texas Cannabis Policy Center overview.

The Texas Hemp Business Council organized the opposition, reporting "155k petition signatures" — see MJBizDaily and the council's own statements: GlobeNewswire, texashempbusinesscouncil.com.

Federal endgame: A hemp provision was folded into the shutdown-ending funding bill, signed November 12, 2025 as P.L. 119-37. Coverage: Sludge on the alcohol-industry lobbying push, and Forbes on the aftermath. See also Marijuana Moment on alcohol-industry lobbying dynamics.

CSHT's role: It supplies the "families harmed by THC" narrative and mobilizes parent testimony — see again Every Brain Matters.

5. Investigative journalism / transparency disclosures
  • The alcohol-money angle on Patrick: Austin County News Online, Texas Tribune.
  • National alcohol-lobby push behind the federal ban: Sludge, Marijuana Moment.
  • SAM's funding secrecy: SAM's own funding page vs. independent scrutiny noted above.
  • No dedicated investigative exposé specifically naming the funders of SafeHealthyTexas.org / Stars and Stripes United was found — consistent with it being a small grassroots c4 rather than a major-money operation.
Recommendations
  • Do not overstate the case. Asserting that alcohol or pharma money directly funds this website would go beyond the available evidence.
  • Follow the real money elsewhere: Dan Patrick's campaign finance (Texas Ethics Commission, Transparency USA) and federal alcohol-industry lobbying disclosures (Marijuana Moment / Sludge).
  • For deeper certainty on CSHT funding: pull the latest 990/990-N via ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer and Texas SOSDirect records.
Caveats
  • Undisclosed funding cannot be fully ruled out. Post-2020 finances for Stars and Stripes United are not on public record, and a 501(c)(4) is not required to disclose donors.
  • The "bought by Big Alcohol" narrative about Patrick is circumstantial — contributions are documented but a direct quid pro quo is not proven.
  • Advocacy vs. science: Some statistics on the CSHT site are advocacy claims, not settled neutral science.
  • Minor record discrepancies exist (McKinney suite number listed as both "214-7" and "215-7"; IRS exemption date predates TX corporate registration) — a Texas SOS file pull could clarify.
