Spoken from a tard, but seemed deep, mainly the part about "reading a dictionary". Something big tech and idiot school boards have taken away from a couple of generations now. We've all read a dictionary. But that is no longer a thing now that computers have taken over classrooms. Moved my son from home schooling to public school last year. He went from doing math out of a book to doing math on a chromebook. I was pretty floored and depressed by that. Actually part of the reason of tossing him in public school was due to his abysmal spelling tests. Halfway through the year I realized apparently spelling tests are a thing of the past too as the class never had one
