I've heard of runners needing "emergency stops" before I never had that issue when I used to run
Is this just what the body does when you stress it hard enough? but then why would it be so watery? almost like they were laxativemaxxing to reduce body weight or something but I doubt dehydrating yourself in that way would increase performance so

Certainly confusing
