What is going on in France?

What does Gen Z wanting better schooling even mean?
Reminds me of my first IT job. I was on a newly formed "Tier 2 Support" team. There were a couple of other (and older) new hires as well with me. They started complaining that they didn't know how to fix certain issues that they had been give. "Every other job always had a playbook to go by" They'd say.
Ah you DUMB FUCK, playbooks are what we make so the lower paid Tier 1 support can follow
I was only in that position for like 2 months before the IT director sniped me out and put me on the sysops team

Point being, being spoonfed "knowledge" doesn't make you smarter.
