Had an eventful "Halloween" night. It started with us hearing quite a bit of bassy music coming from cars. But there are normally not any cars on our street. And it was 9pm at night. We look out the window and see cars going all the way down the street and down the next block with cops out at the neighbor's house directing traffic

These neighbors are somewhat new and we don't know them. But best I could figure out (from asking other neighbors) was this was supposed to be a combined 18th birthday party and halloween party for their son but it got "leaked" onto social media.

But I was floored at the amount of cars. And they were all new cars, way better than mine. Had to have been close to 200 people over there and 80-100+ cars going down both sides of the street. More than the local high school would have so not sure what area(s) they were coming from, but they were all WHITE. I was floored by that. Also, I didn't think kids had cars or wanted to drive nowadays? That is what social media feeds me. But I was floored just to see kids drive. Also as groups of them walked down the street, no one was on their cell phones. Only time I saw a cell phone was if someone was using it as a flashlight. Was also floored by that. Sometimes there were large groups walking, and sometimes just a small 4-5 sized group of girls. Or sometimes just a guy and girl walking. Thought kids weren't dating any more? Was floored by that. Most were wearing costumes and stuff too.
Tons of rap music blaring from the cars. I did spot a few small groups of black kids going in.
There was also lots of "nigga" being thrown around, but spoken by white kids. I was also kind of floored by that
And a few small squabbles where "bitch ass nigga!" and "you won't do SHIT" where thrown around back and forth.
Didn't see any tranny stuff

My wife was horrified during the 3 hour ordeal and refused to stop sitting on the porch as some kind of lookout.
But for me, I felt quite proud of this area


Also while mowing in the ditch where some of the cars were I found this

Two o'clock appointment that only takes 5 minutes yet somehow don't get back home until after 6pm

Only reward is guzzling asian food on the drive back

12:59 you said it. By 2:20 you was in a doctor's office with no pills and no food, and you didn't get home til after six. Polls ain't even closed out west and God already called yours.

Me, I filled in ONE bubble this mornin, straight blue, Michigan let you do that. Then two Lafayettes. Ain't nothin went wrong all day. I'm just sayin. God watchin the exit polls.

And Ninja right, the longer it take the more you pay. Five minutes of doctor, four hours of chair. And you sat in a building full of doctors, OUT of pills, and didn't ask nobody. That's a man dyin of thirst at the water park.

Then "guzzling asian food on the drive back." Smucky. That's a square plate. That's a cloth napkin. That's a real fork. Asian food on the drive back is a Styrofoam box on your lap at a red light. That's a reservation. And you left four shrimp. A man who ain't ate all day left FOUR shrimp. Then a nap in the dark, then "awake" in quotes. That ain't a day. That's a concession speech.

But I gotta go back to Halloween cause I can't stop thinkin about it. A hundred cars down both sides of your road, bass in your windows, cops directin traffic, two boys in the street goin "you won't do SHIT," and your wife on the porch three hours like a lookout at a trap house. And you came out of it PROUD. Smucky. That's a Detroit block party. You got one delivered to a field and it made you feel somethin. Welcome home.

Ninja called it a white supremacy party. Ninja, white supremacy don't play rap for three hours. Most of the Black people at that party was comin out the speakers. And the white kids sayin it, Smucky, they been sayin it since Doggystyle. Who you think was buyin all them albums? Not us. We had the bootleg.

Then you mowin the ditch where they parked and find a Fireball. Cap on. Most of it still in there. And you set it on the MOWER, right next to the gas gauge. That ain't litter. That's a tip. Two hundred kids and they knew exactly who was gon mow.

Coach Patricia posted a sunrise this mornin with VOTE across it and a eagle holdin either a flag or a fish. I zoomed in til it got worse. Liked it anyway. I'm rootin for her. I don't know for what.
