I'm smoking again but I don't inhale because I cannot deal with that anymore. It's all about getting that tobacco taste in my mouth. Then the question, should I really smoke Luckies in that case but rather go for full cigars for that full and rich tobacco taste?

It's a different type of Tobacco, burley vs virginia. I am mostly smoking leafonly dot com organic Canadian Virginia, cigarette style tobacco. Cut it up and stuff in filtered cigarette tubes, also roll the leaf into cigars.

Just smoked a banana backwoods and found it overwhelming. Worth the price over the cheapest blunts.

A good tobacco shop should have samples to try different varieties.

For mouth smoking a briar pipe is very rewarding; relaxing breathing to keep it lit. Absolute steals on ebay estate pipes.

infowar, help!

I realize I cannot start smoking like I have done before, inhaling the smoke into the lungs. Which leaves me just having the smoke into the mouth like a cigar. However, I know nothing about cigars so I need help what I should buy. I'm currently at a location where I have a store with a good assortment of cigars. Do you have any recommendations if you want to have some gourmet cigars?

A lot of beginners like acid cigars, Avanti parodi is one I have been looking for again.

If they allow you, smell them and get an idea. Get a few cheap ones and an idea of what you'd like to spend more on.

I am smoking Dutch master Java fusion from tobaccostock

I was thinking more traditional cigars and not the modern Dunkin brand of cigars.

Take a look a this one. https://www.zigarrenwelt.de/

Tons of brands. Even Bentley cigars

The flavored cigars totally go with all of the stupid new style weed flavors.

I'm about to make a purchase but I'm not sure which. I'm ready to buy a complete casket with cigars from this shop.

https://www.pfeifen-huber.de

Another question is if I'm going to buy a box of cigarillos as a causal complement.

You may want to check and adjust the humidity in the box. Please let us know how it goes.

How do you adjust the humidity in the box? The only thing I can think of are those silicone pellets.

So, are they supposed to be stored in humid or dry rooms? The place I bought it had a special room for the cigars, air conditioned and probably controlled humidity like it was a museum.

I have little digital hydrometers. My box came with a little plastic humidifier you fill with distilled water. I use boveda and boost packs, basically the silicone beads premixed for a specific humidity. The beads and the box and the cigars themselves are just absorbing the moisture around them. Eventually it will equalise with the humidity of the storage area. Too low it will burn too hot and harsh, too high you are inviting mold.

The cigar store here has an electronic auto humidifier for the cigar closet.

I remember when I was a sack boy at a local grocery store. There was this junk area in the back of the store/warehouse of old crap. Under all that I found a crate full of cartons of cigarettes. Like many cartons. I grabbed two and threw them in my car. Pulled out a pack, pulled out a cig. Noticed it seemed really brittle and dry. I don't care I'm a man. As soon as I put a lighter to it, the whole thing caught on fire like it was dry grass. I'm talking about a 5 inch torch flame coming off of it. Trying to blow it out had it disintegrate into burning embers all over my car :bang:

The worst tasting cigs are the ones you find after being dropped under your car seat years ago. Especially if you want one bad and think you won't care. If the paper is beige and wrinkly it will make you think about all the ways you have done wrong in life that lead you here.

62% humidity is for weed smokers. Cigars seem to prefer 70%. A whole lot of what you are paying for with expensive weed is proper cure, mostly drying to the correct humidity at the correct rate.

First cigar report.

So I tested one of the cigars I bought and smoke it. It was a different experience from smoking cigarettes and I only take the smoke in the mouth not inhaling in both cases. The cigar felt more pure the way tobacco should be. With cigarettes it feels like there are additives that makes them more vile and you almost feel ill. With cigars I get a more pure experience in order to get the tobacco taste. Since it also lasts longer than cigarettes, it is a good way to wind down.

I will ditch cigarettes totally now and instead focus on cigars. I will probably smoke more seldom but it will be a treat for me. Maybe I will check out cigarillos if I want something that lasts shorter.

What I don't understand is how people can walk around with a cigar constantly in their mouths like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Then you really get those fumes into the lunges constantly.
