Michael Phillips, 38 years old and a resident of North Carolina, has claimed to have the smallest penis in the world, with a length of just 0.97 cm (0.38 inches), after being diagnosed with micropenis by a urologist on September 22, 2025. The evaluation was carried out after Phillips went to the doctor, worried about the size of his genital organ.

Well it was more like a thick paste. You know something like out of a soft serve ice cream machine. It kind of just all went straight to the bottom and sat there. Then the water couldn't pass through and just kept rising up so I just kept flushing it. Eventually it melted away and flushed.
