It isn't.
At home I have an old siphon from the 50s, which you can load with CO2 cartridges to make sparkling water. The manual says that you can buy "radon cartridges" to blow radon into the water and make "health water".

When you are pulling out the existing sleeves, can you find new ones. Also as you replace the sleeves, you must also replace the piston rings.

I wanted to clean all the gunk out from the water jacket area. Couldn't really think of a good way. Ended up just dragging the air compressor over there and blasting everything. Crankshaft covered in crap now though.
Which blasted most of the junk back on to me.

Chiseled the top deck with a paint scraper. I guess it's flat and clean enough now.
