Nah, it says
"1 hour $300"
"2 hours $500"
"wetwork $50"

I remember whining on rage3d back in 2002 about how wifi was "cancer in a box". Plus it was too expensive to mess with back then anyway. But around 2005 I bought a laptop and managed to get linux working on it. It also had a wifi card.NinjaPoodle wrote: Sun Mar 15, 2026 10:58 pm I bought a 16-port Netgear router. I'm going make more things cable Ethernet instead of Wifi because I'm concerned about Wifi radiation.![]()
I went with cat6 in my attic and walls. It uses thicker wires, so had to also get different plugs to crimp on. But the local store had all that I needed. Don't remember price being too bad. I've wanted to mess with fiber on several occasions, but could never figure out what I would need for the fiber to actually plug into that also wasn't 100's of dollars.NinjaPoodle wrote: Wed Mar 18, 2026 8:39 pm Here I am installing new Ethernet copper cables in the house. The copper Ethernet cables aren't that cheap and then I read I can buy 30 meter single mode fiber OS2 for $25. Why the hell bother with Ethernet copper cables when you can use fiber which scale to 100Gbit and beyond.

But there is too much AI tooling now built around github pull requests and tickets/issues. Would be too much work to recreate. Seems what everyone is doing is have claude code instances scheduled to "get to work" in morning hours when everyone is asleep. Perfect time to have it go through code bases and clean stuff, re-write docs, create issues/tickets for stuff it finds that might need attention. And since you are asleep, you don't have to worry about it burning up your max allotted tokens for their 5 hour session window. You just wake up to some pull requests and a fresh session.
But to do that got to figure out all the auth stuff to get agents in multiple different docker containers all authenticated, etc. Seems there are some tokens I can make/ then use them as environment variables. But figuring it out is demotivating. Would rather play Morrowind![]()
That's a new notion, "AI coding burnout".Smucky wrote: Fri Mar 20, 2026 3:56 am Man, getting burned out on "AI coding"![]()
As soon as you think you figured it out, everything changes![]()
It seems like there is an animal that doesn't belong, but I'm no expert.
